Job summary

As a Software Tester at Consortia Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will be responsible for creating and executing test cases and scripts, performing thorough testing, and leveraging your expertise in automated testing to enhance our processes.

Key Responsible

• Design, create, and maintain test cases and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Contribute to improving testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating and executing test scripts and test cases.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary: negotiation

Working time: 9 AM – 6 PM, 1-hour lunch (Monday to Friday)
