We are expanding our risk management team and are looking for talented freshers in HCMC to join our dynamic team. Our goal is to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for our banking clients in the US, ensuring ongoing review and testing of controls.
Job Description:
As a Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining the risk management process. This includes identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks and controls. You will play a key role in ensuring that our banking clients’ risk management frameworks are robust and effective.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the risk management framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Perform ongoing review and testing of the controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify and assess operational risks, documenting findings and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive risk assessments and control testing.
- Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, control testing results, and any identified issues or recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the financial services industry.
- At least has 1-year experience.

Time: Full-time (office hours) 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1h break hours)
