Full-stack Trainer

Role Overview:

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and expertise of our learners.
• Deliver a personalized blended learning experience, evaluate learner progress, and develop impactful training programs.
• Provide essential guidance and mentorship to help learners achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate training sessions that support learners’ progress and provide a personalized blended learning experience.
• Assess and grade learners’ project reports, presentations, and other documentation to gauge their understanding and skill development.
• Provide guidance and support during project work and assessment sessions, helping learners overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Develop, validate, and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs to meet learners’ needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to support schedule planning, monitor learner progress, and manage academic evaluations and learning management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in training or a related role.
• Proven experience in delivering technical training and developing educational content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and training tools.
• Hands-on experience with MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and PERN (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js) stacks.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of full-stack development concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with various learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
• Basic knowledge of educational technology tools and platforms.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving training needs and learner requirements.
