Full-stack Engineer Team Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a strong grasp of the PERN tech stack to join our team as a Lead. This position offers an exciting opportunity to not only contribute to cutting-edge web development solutions but also mentor and guide fellow interns. The ideal candidate will be a skilled developer with experience in full-stack development and a passion for fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and lead the development of web applications using the PERN (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow interns, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Break down complex tasks into manageable steps, delegate effectively, and ensure team progress.
• Conduct code reviews for interns, offering constructive feedback and promoting best practices.
• Design, implement, and deploy functional solutions alongside the intern team.
• Advocate for and champion continuous learning within the intern team.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and smooth performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skill set.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in the PERN tech stack (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using the Next.js framework (or similar framework).
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate interns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• English Communication.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with others.

Additional Qualifications (A Plus):

• Previous experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that showcase your leadership and technical skills.

Salary: Negotiation

Time: Full-time (office hours) 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1h break hours)
