Role Overview:
- As a Data Engineer Trainer, you will be instrumental in guiding and educating learners in data engineering.
- You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, evaluate learner progress, and provide mentorship.
- Your expertise in AWS and Azure will be crucial in ensuring that learners gain hands-on experience with these cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate training sessions on data engineering concepts, including cloud platforms AWS and Azure.
- Assess and grade learners’ project reports, presentations, and other documentation to measure their understanding and skill development.
- Provide mentorship and support during project work and assessment sessions, helping learners navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
- Develop, validate, and implement training content, curriculum, and programs that meet industry standards and learners’ needs.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to plan schedules, monitor learner progress, and manage academic evaluations and learning management.

- Equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed for data engineering roles.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in training or a related role.
- Proven experience in delivering technical training and developing educational content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Expertise in data engineering concepts and practices.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of data engineering principles and technologies, including AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with various learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Basic knowledge of educational technology tools and platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing training needs and learner requirements.
