Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Assist in creating process flow diagrams and documentation
• Contribute to the development of business cases and project proposals
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Has at least 1-year experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Understanding of agile methodologies.

Time: Full-time (office hours) 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1h break hours)
