This internship is for motivated full-stack developer interns who want hands-on experience working on real products, real client problems, and production-level systems. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and take part in building web applications that solve meaningful business challenges.

What You Will Build & Own

As an Intern, you will:

• Work on real web applications using the PERN stack (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Contribute to features that are shipped to real users and clients
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teammates to design and implement solutions
• Test, debug, and improve existing systems to ensure quality and performance
• Learn how to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Continuously improve your technical skills by working on real-world problems, not just sample tasks

What You Need

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Able to work full-time at the office
• Hands-on experience with PERN stack (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Next.js
• Solid grasp of software development principles and best practices
• Good English communication
• Personal projects that demonstrate your skills

Nice to Have (A Plus)

• Previous contributions to open-source projects

A Small Reality Check

This role is fast-paced and hands-on. If you’re looking for a purely training-based internship with light responsibilities, this may not be the right fit. But if you want to build real things, take ownership, and grow fast, you’ll get a lot out of this experience.

Time: Full-time (office hours), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with 1-hour break.

We are looking for Python Developer Interns who are curious about data, cloud technologies, and building reliable backend systems. This role is for people who enjoy working with real data, real systems, and real constraints and want to grow fast by taking ownership of meaningful work.

What You Will Build and Own

• Build and maintain backend services using Python for data driven applications
• Integrate and manage relational databases such as SQL Server and Postgres
• Work with Azure services such as Azure SQL and Azure App Services to deploy, automate, and operate solutions
• Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to support data workflows and application logic
• Help ensure code quality, data security, and system reliability in production environments
• Learn how real world systems are designed, deployed, and maintained for financial services clients

How You Will Grow in 3 Months

By the end of this internship, you will

• Have hands on experience working on production related backend and data systems
• Understand how cloud services are used in real enterprise environments
• Gain exposure to data workflows such as ETL and ELT
• Improve your ability to design reliable and maintainable backend code
• Be evaluated for the opportunity to convert to a full time Builder at Consortia Group

What You Need

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid Python programming skills through personal, academic, or project experience
• Comfortable working with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services especially Azure SQL and Azure App Services
• General understanding of ETL and ELT concepts and data workflows
• Availability as either a full time intern from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday or a part time intern with a fixed weekly schedule
