Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee key projects, ensuring they meet specifications, cost targets, and deadlines. Your role will be crucial in supporting our tech and digital marketing initiatives, working closely with teams to deliver exceptional results using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through a full lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot challenges.

- Manage key tech and digital marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or related role.
- Proven experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- Experience in tech or digital marketing projects is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Basic knowledge of web technologies and programming concepts.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and methodologies.
