Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst Intern to join our growing team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in creating process flow diagrams and documentation
- Contribute to the development of business cases and project proposals
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring best practices in design, security, and scalability.

- Strong experience in software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
- Strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API development.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (must-have).
